JADE HOWES -
Jade is a fully qualified Physiotherapist who is registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and the Health Care Professions Council. She is originally from Hertfordshire and studied at The University of Hertfordshire for 3 years to become a Physiotherapist and has specialized in Musculo-skeletal Physiotherapy since qualifying. Jade has had experience in private practice for 4 years and also the NHS where she had a wide variety of experience. She has also had experience in working at the London marathon and various sports clubs.
Since leaving University Jade has done extra courses to support her career and add to her skill set. She is a qualified Sport Masseur and certified in strapping and taping, kinesiology taping, acupuncture and hypermobility. Jade is also looking at doing other courses to further her career and is currently studying a Masters degree in Neuromuscular Skeletal Physiotherapy.
Jade uses a variety of approaches to treat a range of different conditions. Treatment options include therapeutic electrotherapy, soft tissue massage, mobilisations, tractions and exercise programmes.
JH Physio was estabilished in 2016 and specializes in treating Neuromuscular Skeletal pain in the comfort of your home. Our experienced Physiotherapist specializes in the treatment and diagnosis of sport injuries, joint/spinal pain and ligament/tendon injuries. Our treatments combine a range of skills giving the best clinical results and patient satisfaction.
We provide full equipment on visits with a high standard of hygiene. Every patient also has access to our Physio app free of charge. This provides video content, written instructions and a tracking system to help motivate.

We treat all types of patients from the athletic to the elderly and young children. We welcome any patient with a musculo skeletal condition.
